1. Choose the right purpose
These objects support everyday routines and the personal choice to spend time away from a screen. They are not medical devices and are not offered to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure a condition. We do not promise a result for anxiety, sleep disorders, concentration conditions, or digital dependency. Use a product only for its stated purpose and contact us before ordering if a material, fragrance, fit, or operating requirement is important to you.
2. Mechanical timers and clocks
Turn controls gently and follow the supplied setting direction. Do not force the mechanism, overwind a timer, or adjust a clock by bending its hands. Keep mechanisms dry and protect them from impact. An everyday timer is not appropriate for medication, medical treatment, emergency response, or another safety-critical task. Sand-timer durations are nominal and may vary; set the frame on a stable level surface.
3. Glass, stone, and ceramic
These materials can chip or break if dropped or subjected to impact or a rapid temperature change. Keep objects away from shelf edges and surfaces where they can be tipped. Stop using an item with a crack, sharp edge, or unstable support. Use a soft cloth and a cleaner appropriate to the actual material; acidic and abrasive products can damage natural stone and some finishes. Natural pores, grain, or veining are different from a structural crack.
4. Phone boxes and rests
Phone Vault, Far Box, Signal Cradle, and Stone Rest are physical placement accessories. They are not certified security safes, signal blockers, emergency lockouts, or charging systems. Check fit with your phone and case, and check stability before releasing the device. Do not charge a phone or battery inside a closed box. Keep access to a phone needed for emergency communication and retain access to any key or closure.
5. Candles
Burn within sight on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and combustible objects. Keep away from children and pets. Follow the candle’s actual wick-trimming, burn-duration, and stop-use instructions. Never move a hot or burning candle or use water to extinguish it. Keep the wax pool free of debris. Do not put the wood lid on a burning candle, and never light a candle inside a presentation box, beside packaging, or near the sleep mask or journal.
6. Room mist and reed diffuser
Morning Mist is offered on this store for room-fragrance use only, not for the face or skin. Do not ingest fragrance liquid or spray it on people, animals, food, flames, or a delicate surface. Avoid eye contact and follow the supplied instructions for accidental exposure. Keep the room reasonably ventilated. Place a diffuser where it cannot be tipped; fragrance liquid can harm furniture finishes. Keep fragrances and reeds out of reach of children and pets.
7. Linen, silk, paper, and leather
Follow the actual textile care label and avoid high heat or harsh cleaning agents. Stop using a mask if it causes irritation, and keep straps away from young children. Keep journals dry, test unfamiliar inks on a back page, and avoid prolonged strong sunlight on cloth or leather. Clean leather and wood gently with products suitable for the finish; do not saturate a bound book or a mechanical object.
8. Pens and cable organizers
Retract a pen tip before putting it in a pocket or bag and keep small components away from young children. Check the supplied refill instructions before replacing a refill. Cable Nest is for organizing ordinary cords and small accessories; it is not a heat-resistant charging enclosure. Do not place damaged cables, hot adapters, or heat-producing equipment inside the tray. Keep power connections clear and accessible.
9. Warm Light
Use the lamp indoors in dry conditions with the power source and ratings specified on its label. Do not assume compatibility with another voltage, plug, adapter, dimmer, or bulb. Keep the lamp stable and clear of fabrics and other flammable objects. Disconnect power before cleaning or servicing as instructed. Do not use a damaged cord, loose electrical connection, or cracked component; stop use and contact us.
10. A concern or unexpected condition
Stop using a product that appears unsafe, overheats, leaks, breaks, or behaves unexpectedly. Contact us with the order reference and a description; photographs can help where practical. Do not attempt an electrical or mechanical repair unless the manufacturer’s instructions specifically permit it. For an urgent exposure, fire, or injury, seek appropriate emergency assistance rather than waiting for a store reply. A safety notice does not remove a consumer right or excuse a defective product.
