1. Our approach
Accessibility is part of how we design and maintain the store. We aim to follow relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines principles, including perceivable information, keyboard operation, understandable forms, and compatibility with assistive technology. This statement describes our approach and the features built into this version. It is not a certification that every page, integration, or future change conforms to every criterion.
2. Navigation and page structure
The site includes a skip-to-content link, descriptive page titles, clear landmarks, and a logical heading structure. Main navigation and footer links use actual page destinations. Products have individual pages and descriptive image text. Text can reflow on smaller screens, and the layout is designed to remain usable when text size is increased. We avoid relying solely on color to communicate an essential status.
3. Keyboard and motion
Core controls can be reached and operated with a keyboard and have visible focus indicators. Dialogs can be closed with Escape, keep keyboard focus inside while open, and restore focus to the triggering control when closed. We respect a reduced-motion preference and avoid autoplay video, scroll hijacking, or essential information that depends on a hover animation. Gentle decorative movement is not required to complete an order.
4. Forms and feedback
Order and contact fields have programmatic labels, appropriate autocomplete values, and text guidance. Validation messages identify missing or invalid information on the page. Submission status and a successful receipt are presented as text and announced through an appropriate live region. We do not use a visual image puzzle as a condition of sending a request. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your concern.
5. Product images and information
Product images are supported by written descriptions, material information, care guidance, and a list of included items where relevant. A zoom view is an additional way to examine an image and is not the only place where essential information appears. Natural material variation and the limits of screen color are explained in the store terms. Contact us if a specific detail needs an alternative description before you decide to buy.
6. Third-party payment services
An approved payment request may use an independently operated provider or an enabled payment integration. Its interface, verification steps, and accessibility are controlled in part by that service. If it presents a barrier, tell us which step is difficult and we will consider an accessible alternative available to us. Do not send full card details, passwords, or authentication codes in a support message.
7. Report a barrier
Use the contact form and select Accessibility support, or write to care@bresantovale.com. Include the page or product, the action you were trying to complete, the difficulty encountered, and an optional description of the browser or assistive technology involved. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We review requests and try to provide a practical way to obtain the information or complete the task while a reported issue is assessed.
8. Ongoing improvement
Changes to content, browsers, and payment integrations can introduce new barriers. We review accessibility as part of maintenance and consider feedback when prioritizing fixes. We will not represent a feature as accessible solely because a statement is published. The date above identifies the current version of this statement; it does not imply that an external audit has been performed.
