1. Cookies and similar storage
A cookie is a small record stored by a browser for a website. Local storage keeps information on your device and can remain until you or the browser removes it. We describe both here because they support similar store functions. Some server security records, such as a short-lived hashed request identifier used to limit abuse, are not browser cookies.
2. Necessary store functions
Our bag uses the browser entry bv_cart_v1 to remember selected product identifiers and quantities. Saved objects use bv_saved_v1 for the items you explicitly save. These entries do not contain your contact or delivery details. Their purpose is to provide the shopping and saved-object functions you request. They remain until cleared, changed, or removed by the browser. The order form does not save your address or message into local storage.
3. Your consent preference
The cookie bv_consent_v1 remembers your privacy selection for up to 365 days, unless you clear it sooner. It records the selection and a policy version rather than an advertising profile. On HTTPS connections it is set with the Secure attribute and uses SameSite=Lax. Its purpose is to remember the choice you make in the cookie panel. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time.
4. WordPress and payment functions
WordPress may set essential session or authentication cookies when an authorized user signs in to administration. Where WooCommerce or a payment integration is enabled, necessary commerce or security cookies may support the payment session, verification, and transaction. The particular provider explains its own payment-page technologies in its notice. These necessary uses are separate from optional advertising or audience measurement.
5. Optional analytics and advertising
The delivered default store includes no advertising pixels or optional analytics service. The panel allows optional analytics preferences to be recorded, but a recorded choice does not mean an analytics service is installed. If an optional service is later introduced, the operator must update the service disclosures and apply the relevant consent or opt-out requirements before loading it. Optional cookies are not required to submit an order or receive support.
6. Accept, decline, and change your choice
Accept all records permission for the optional categories identified in the panel. Decline optional keeps only the necessary store functions and your preference record. Manage choices lets you review the categories separately. You can change a choice later using Cookie settings. Withdrawing a choice applies going forward; it does not undo a completed order or erase information that must be retained for a legitimate reason.
7. Browser controls and signals
You can delete cookies and local storage through your browser. Doing so may clear your bag, saved objects, and consent preference, and you may see the panel again. Browser privacy modes may also remove stored preferences. The default store does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a future practice requires recognition of a legally applicable opt-out signal, it must be implemented and described before that practice begins.
8. Third-party pages and updates
If you follow an approved payment request to a provider’s website, that provider’s cookie rules apply to its page. This policy does not give another service permission to track you simply because it appears in a payment flow. We update the date above when this notice changes. Contact us if you need help understanding or changing a store privacy setting.
