1. Store and scope
Bresanto Vale sells analog time tools, phone-rest and storage objects, stationery, room-fragrance items, textiles, lighting, and coordinated sets. The contact details at the end identify how to reach the store. By submitting an order you confirm that you can enter into the transaction and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are buying for someone else, you are responsible for providing a deliverable address and appropriate contact details.
2. Order review and acceptance
Submitting the order form sends a request for review. It does not collect a payment, authorize your card, or establish that an item has shipped. We review the products, availability, delivery destination, shipping charges, and any applicable tax. We then communicate the confirmed order and a payment request where the order can be accepted. The confirmed total must be visible before you decide to pay. A receipt acknowledging a request is not a promise that every item is available.
3. Prices and corrections
Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Product prices are separate from any shipping or tax unless the confirmed order expressly states otherwise. We may correct a genuine listing or calculation error before acceptance and payment. If a correction affects your submitted request, we will tell you and obtain your agreement to the corrected amount rather than silently charging more. Price changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted and paid order without your agreement.
4. Product descriptions and materials
We aim to describe the offered item clearly. Wood grain, stone veining, ceramic texture, textile weave, and finish may vary. Screen settings and lighting also affect displayed color. Photographs illustrate the product design and presentation; styling items such as phones, pillows, cables, and books are not included unless the product description expressly lists them. Dimensions, device compatibility, electrical requirements, and ingredients should be checked against the applicable product information and supplied label. Contact us before ordering if a particular fit or characteristic is essential.
5. Sets and included items
A set includes the items identified on its own product page. A coordinated set price is the price of that set, not an assurance about the value of unrelated items. Deep Work Kit and Weekend Stillness contain one pen in total. We will not substitute a materially different item without telling you and obtaining agreement. Partial-return requests for sets are handled under the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
6. Delivery, cancellation, and returns

Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right or a required refund for unshipped merchandise. Contact us promptly if an order request needs to be changed or cancelled.
7. Proper use and safety
Use products only for their intended purposes and follow all supplied warnings. Phone boxes and rests are not security safes, signal-blocking devices, or charging systems. Do not lock away emergency access or charge a device inside a closed box. Fragrance products and candles need careful handling; Morning Mist is listed for room use only. Analog objects and routine suggestions are not medical products and do not promise treatment of sleep conditions, anxiety, or digital dependency.
8. Website content and acceptable use
The store name, original photographs, descriptions, visual identity, and other site material belong to Bresanto Vale or the relevant rights holder. You may use the site for personal browsing and legitimate purchases. Do not copy content for a competing commercial purpose without permission, interfere with the site, send harmful material, impersonate another person, or submit fraudulent orders. Accessibility tools and ordinary personal browser functions are welcome.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Natural variation does not excuse delivery of an incorrect, materially misdescribed, unsafe, or defective item. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by use contrary to instructions or by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This section is not a blanket waiver of implied warranties or other rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
10. Resolving a concern
Contact us with your order reference and a clear description of the issue so that we can work toward a practical resolution. These terms are subject to applicable U.S. federal and state law, including any mandatory protection available to you. They do not require you to waive access to a competent court or regulator. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Changes apply to future use and transactions and do not remove accrued rights.
